Halley (Martian crater)

Halley Crater is an impact crater in the Argyre quadrangle of Mars, located at 48.7°S latitude and 59.3°W longitude. Halley is located on the western edge of the Argyre impact basin. [1] It is 84.5 km in diameter and was named after Edmond Halley , and the name was approved in 1973. [2]
